??? about surging when i let off the gas

??? about surging when i let off the gas
anybody had this happen? i will be going down the high way it seems at like when i let off the gas my RPM surges. it seems to do this more when i first get on the highway. and then al of the sudden it will stop. thanks in advance oh yea it doenst do this when it idles or anything only when on the highway
