I cant speak for Mez, but my CSR is working great. I dont know the gains on mine, but it seriously woke up my car. There are documented reports of 10rwhp/11rwtq. I'd say the SOTP gain rivals that of my Hooker LT's. I got a CSR from Summit since my Brand new GM mechanical went out in less than a year. It costs less than Mez and I've seen longer lasting results from them. SDPC has them for 159.99 I think, Summit for 169.99, I am think they have free shipping still. I have 35-45 thousand miles on mine.

i have'nt checked into csr in a few months, but last i heard they're products had many more problems then mezeire, which is why i went with mezeire. I'm problem free so far. everybody used to bash hard on the csi (now csr) pumps. they made any product change??

35 thousand miles on a electric waterpump? That right there should sell the sucker! LOL that is what you look for, real world application! CSR is cheaper too, but how hard is it to notch whatever it is you have to notch?

Thumbs up Re: About to order Meziere Electric Waterpump...

FWIW, I have had a Meziere on mine for about 50,000 miles. Just sent it off to them for a prevenitive maintenance rebuild. They said they hooked it up to their test machine and it was working like a new one. He still suggested for $100.00 I replace the motor with the HD one and replace the bearings and seals, seeing as how many miles it had and that it was built in 2000. I'll vouch for 'em!

FYI, they also sell a wiring harness for them. It's like $30.

So does that mean you are stepping up to the 55gpm one?

Re: About to order Meziere Electric Waterpump...

does either the Meziere or CSR one come with some sort of "on" light or warning to tell you when the pump is out? or do you simply know because your engine is overheating?

thanks,
jc

I usually suggest CSR's due to price. Scoggin Dickey has them the cheapest around. But do run Mezier on my BO car b/c it was at a buddies house and we wanted to get it on there.

No they dont. Do a search and find some info on these. I highly suggest a rig-up that sets itself off by temperature not, fuses, voltage, etc.
