A4 to T-56 conversion?

How difficult would it be to swap from an auto to a T-56 in a 96 WS6? I know that the PCM, tranny, clutch/brake assembly, and center console would need to be replaced, but what else? Has anyone done this before? I heard it isn't as hard as one would think.

Any input guys?

the guy who is doing mine in a few months said its really easy to do, almost an at home job. the only big thing you need is to be able to cut another whole in your floor board for the clutch pedal. the center console and PCM are really easy to find. I'm personally trading my A4 with a guy who has a M6. So I'm getting his tranny, clutch, center console etc. We are doing an even swap. The only thing he has to do is swap while the only think I need to do is cut a whole in my floor board which isn't a problem because I can cut mine the same as he has his. Besides that, I see no other problems accuring.

Future plans...A4 to M6 and 4:10 gears with an aftermarket/upgraded rearend like a 9 bolt? The only reason I'm going with 4:10 is because he said my gas wouldn't be hurt if I have the M6 but with an A4 it would kill me.
