What the heck happened to the Post Reply icon on the top and bottom of the threads? I can't post any replies unless I use the quote icon!

AHHHH....that's better! The Post Reply icon is back. I don't know why that happened, it was gone for about an hour and now it's back.....I did'nt make any changes either....go figure.
