98z cluster in a 97z????

98z cluster in a 97z????
I'm tired of not being able to find any type of gauge overlays for my 97. Since i have an analog odo,not the digital one,nobody seems to make them. Could a 98 cluster with the digital odo,be used to swap out the 97 analog odo? Or are there some kind of relays snesors that make the digital odo work? Thanks
