Anyone ever done this? If so what problems did you run itno, etc? I was planning on doing this sometime in the near future because my friend bobby can get me a LT1 with tranny for $2800. Anyone know what whether or not this would be ridiculously hard for any reason?

 

I wouldn't pay 2800 for a LT1 with tranny. A LT1 for 2800 is flat getting raped. I wouldn't pay that unless it was built. I would also do an LS1 swap. That way everything will just bolt together. Although i probably wouldn't do that either i would just sell my car and buy a V8 car, much much easier.

 

I think it is a built on, or I hope so. I wouldn't pay that much for one with like 70k miles or something like that!
