97 mac headers-94 car

What needs to be done to install 97 headers with dual cats to a 94 with a single cat? do I need a new catback as well? help thanks

You won't need a new cat-back, the "S" pipe section will be cut out of your current cat-back because the 97 Y-pipe is longer

let me sound dumb here what s-pipe?
I have a single cat and this one is dual and I know its longer but does it still fit in the stock type location my old cat is?
