96Z w/130K mi. runs great for a few days then will stall while driving...no warning. Won't restart till it has sat for several hours. We have done a lot to this car in last 2 years. This most recent problem occured after bringing car home from tire dealer (new tires and rims fornt and back). Next day car stalled. P1441. Found charcoal canister dangling in rear wheelwell and not connected to gas tank. Reconnected it and reset SES. A few days later car stalled again. Car had previously been throwing P0430, P0420, and P0300. New plug wires took care of P0300, new left bank check valve took care of P0420. Think too many misfires may have taken out bank 2 converter, thus the P0430. Guess it could be the O2 sensor.A check of the EVAP purge line shows charcoal contamination. EVAP line immediately pulls vacuum after startup, which seems wrong. Thinking of replacing all evap parts after blowing out line (who knows where the charcoal found its way to.) Can these codes cause the stalling?
