My friend has 3k to spend on mods on his z28. He already has exhaust, what should he buy with his 3k? He wants to buy a really good set of heads, possibly a cam.

 

Exhaust as in just a cat-back or he has headers to? If he doesn't have headers he should get some, he can also do gears, cam, heads, rockers, or he can always spray it if he wants. For 3k he can do alot, especially if he does the work himself.
