95z28 wont start

95z28 wont start

no power at gages fuse, car only starts if i run a wire to the fuse, and jump across the starter. took the starter off, had tested, and it is good,any ideas?

Take a look at the fusible links over near the battery...

thanks, i'll try that. it may be unrelated, but my stepson changed the distributor (car turned over, but wouldnt fire) that fixed that, but after starting it 3 times, this problem began
