95 Z28 fluid capacities needed - anybody got a factory manual handy??

Real simple question - I don't have a factory owners' manual and it is time to put my new all-forged 355 back into my 95 Z, so I need the factory guidelines for the following capacities:

1) Engine oil
2) Coolant (from totally dry)
3) Tranny fluid (with stock cooler of course)
4) Power steering system (also dry)

BTW the Chilton manual doesn't give capacities, just enlightened recommendations like 'fill until full...' not so helpful

I thought a drain and refill was 11 with the trans-cooler
