well it wasnt running when i bought it and i pulled off the coil wire and at first it had fire at the coil then all the sudden it doesnt there is absolutly no fire at the plug it has a new coil on it. i thought maby the opti at first, but now that there is no fire at the coil there isnt gonna be any at the opti. what can it be? any help i will greatly appriciate

 

Are there any codes? Usualy if you lose the low res signal from the opti you will not have spark. could also be the ICM. you can take it off and take it to AZ and have it testes but you cna test it yourself on the car with a test light. With the car cranking one wire at the module should have a "pulsing" signal. I don;t have my diagram with me to tell you witch one it is though. I will ahve to get back about that
