i am putting together a road race car for the Camaro-Mustang Challenge Series. the motor is from a 95 modle car. i need to replace/aquire a engine harness for this motor and was just gonna pick up a Painless Wiring engine harness for this car. the harness for the 92-93 LT1 is about half the cost of one for a 94/95 or 96-97. will there ba any issues w/ just slapping on a 93 harness and PCM on a 95 motor?

 

You will have to either use the smaller 93 injectors or have the 93 ECM chip reburned for the larger 95 injectors. The 93 ECM also can't react to changes you make such as headers or CAI due to the map sensor being used to measure airflow into the engine. I'd find a 94+ harness.

 

also with a 93, they fire bank to bank, so you would have to swap out the whole wireing harnes as well.
