Most auto parts stores sell the rigid tubing from a roll, and carry the various fittings that allow you to piece it together to replicate the factory part. For the EVAP purge line connection to the throttle body, a spark plug boot can serve as the connector.
Some of the parts may still be available from GM. Check Shoebox's list for part #'s, then check a source like gmpartsdirect for availability.
