weather has been crappy here on top that my fuel pump went out in my dd :/ i got the lt1 k&n cold air intake at steal paid 40 bucks come with everything but a filter i know its a simple ? but i wanna make sure i read spectre is made by k&n but the k&n filter is like 50bucks if i went with spectre what size would fit it come anyone post a link on here off ebay plz thanks guys.

 

The K N filter comes with a million mile warranty.Just don't over oil it.I over oiled one and my performance was down a bit.Pulled it out again,cleaned it and gently barely oiled it the second time.Hope this helps.(It just pulled better).

 

i dont know if k&n makes the specter filter but i am running one of the off the shelf cone filters from advance auto and it works great. I have it on my DIY cold air intake. Looks identical to the K&N filter i used to have on my K&N FIPK.
