94 shorty headers on a 97?any probs?

Wink 94 shorty headers on a 97?any probs?

is there any major problem with putting a set of headers off a 94 on a 97 z? they would be shorties, with a y pipe...

i know the cats are diff, what else tho?

the only other thing that you would have to do it

either

1. get 2 o2 sims for the rear o2

2. get your pcm reprogramed by pcmforless or madwolf

3. convert your pcm to obdi from the above people

all are pretty easy to do

i think i'll go with number 2...


gonna do a hotcam install along with the header install... so maybe two birds with one stone?

well since you said that i'd go with #3, its easier to tune and you can get more programs for it (tunercat and so on), it might cost a little more upfront, but worth it in the end.

thats what i did, still working on the cam stuff
