94, Lt1, what size main bearings?

94 Z28, 350 Lt1 Stock.....

I'm ready to replace my engine main bearings, and i'm confused because of all the different sizes they sell. What size should be fine for my stock 350?

On that note, what size replacement oil pump shaft do i need? I hope a replacement oil pump isn't this confusing to buy.

Thanks

If the crank is not turned just standard SBC Bearings

Really the LT1 uses the same main and rod bearings as the traditional SBC from 67 up.

Bearings should be matched to your crank.

I would not even think about buying any bearings without having the crank checked with a micrometer for wear. Only then can you determine what bearings you need or if any machine work needs to be done.

The factory does strange things like .001..002 bearings in places that need them. Line hone the cam brgs after installation, ect.
So what is standard if ya don't measure it or know how to reconize the oddball's when ya see them.
A standard set of SBC bearings have a 50/50 chance of working without checking.
