I dont think O2's are the problem, but they are cheap and one less thing to eliminate.

I still think its sparkplug or plugwire related. Have you checked you sparkplugs to see if they maybe are loose.

 

I alredy took them out an put them back in while I had the top end off the motor but thanks. Still haven't had the chance to get the new o2s in yet. I SOOOO hope they are my problem

 

They're definitely not arcing, definitely not loose. And the spark plugs are brand new iridiums.

 

TADAAAHHH!!! o2 sensors did the trick!! its running perfect now. dad finally got his little project off the lift in his basement and it up in the air n got em in there and WALLAH!! PERFECT RUNNING LT1

 

oh man that feels good! now lets see, i got so many more issues to work through now: steering and suspension issues front and rear, multiple hvac issues, headliner is lining my head, front ds fender needs massaging, and turn signal nds replacing cuz a dog committed suicide by formula. cant wait to get ol' black betty back on the road!!
