I've heard the only difference is the emissions hook ups - could someone tell me exactly what i would need to do to put 94 headers in a 93?

Are you talking stock manifolds or aftermarket?

 

They are aftermarket headers. Apparently it's a pretty easy thing - but i just need to know exactly what needs to be done.

Are you going to run emissions? If the answers no nothing needs to be done, you can simply put them on.
If you are running emissions equiptment I'm pretty sure you need the AIR lines and mabey the egr line from a 94-95 car for everything to hook up
