Too general: What exactly is it doing/not doing? Does it crank? Does it make any noise? Do the lights work? When did it not start working? What did you have done to it prior to it not starting? It could be alot of things. You need to tell us exactly what's going on. JMHO

yea it cranks, the lights and everything else works, it just had the distributor kit and some wiring replaced, brand new, it worked for almost a week without problems then out of nowhere it stopped working, and it also has new spark plugs and new spark plug cables, my guess is the opti? i might be wrong, the mechanics havent even been able to figure it out.

Well, assuming you are getting fuel, it sounds like electrical. If you are not getting spark to the plugs, but are getting juice to the opti spark, then it probably is your distributor. I assume that your old opti-spark was no good. And you installed a "kit"----like rotor and cap, etc. Usuallly when the opti goes bad, just installing a cap and rotor doesn't get it, especially on a 93 which is probably unvented--the guts may be have been corroded by moisture and ozone, in which case the whole thing probably needed to be 86'd. But don't just jump on it---have that distributor checked out. JMHO
