93 Tach Signal Wire

I have a 93 camaro and am trying to hook up a MSD RPM Switch for my nitrous system. Can anyone tell me where to pull a tach signal from. I have done a search but the answer is still unclear as the 93's seem to be different than the 94-97 models. Also, apparently there is a signal filter on 93's, so do I make the connection before or after this filter?

I used one of the wires coming off of the coil. I think it was pink/black. Do a search about wiring up shift lights, I know I've answered it before.

The '93s have a little different coloring than the other cars.

It is the white wire with black stripe that comes off the coil on the drivers side head. That is what I have my shift light spliced into.
