I know this is not an lt1 question but i thought i try you guys knowledge on another vehicle. i have a 93 4.3 blazer that starts just fine when its cold but when its up to normal running tempature and when you turn it off it will not crank back. it just turns over like its not getting fire or fuel but its getting both. I changed the ignition module,plugs,wires, etc.... i have heard the silanoid <--spelling. on the starter can do this when it heats up. any suggestions would be nice. thanks guys

 

Sounds like the starter to me. If it is ok after you let it cool off for several minutes it's your starter for sure. You are probably right about the starter solenoid.
