I'm not doubting what Autozone quoted you on a price, but I do know you can get them from O'reilly's for around 140-150 range, and that is the full kit with cap and rotor and a lifetime warranty. But it's everyone's opinion on which is better, and it's everyone's money when they spend it, so to each his own and happy purchasing, which ever way you choose to go.

Original post says 3/4 lb weight
I believe a complete opti weighs more than that
i suspect its the cap and rotor only, or doesnt include cap and rotor..
12 oz is too light for complete..

I found it under distributor. They have the cap and rotor listed seperate, but it doesn't say wahts included in this kit. It does sound cheap compared to others.

twdz28 said he got one, is this complete or?

You also misspelled "you" [u], didn't capitalize and did not punctuate.

oh and unless I am wrong... he did not use propper grammEr either. (not you Shoebox, the first guy)

Yeah that's aight I did not capitalized, punctuate and god knows what else I killed in the English Language too............

I am guilty, guilty guilty, but then, we can't even spell yet we sure can improve upon GM's work!!! what does that tell you about GM??

Just kidding I was just dieying to flame GM ...

Anyway back to busines. My train of thought on this issue is... I have to decide on getting a good quality brand new part from GM with one year warranty or a remanufactured part with a lifetime warranty yet it may crap out on me while I am going out with that hot date to the hotel room on a saturday nite......

mmmmm mmmmmm Should I score that lifetime warranty or should i score that blue eyed blonde??? Gosh why cant I have my cake and eat it too???

screw the lifetime warranty I want the Blonde!!!
anyone else wif me??

Guys don't mind me... I am mental...

I have no complaints from my opti, I have a 94Z and it's still got the origional opti on it. But........there are people on here who have changed there's out many times over....with GM opti's. So it doesn't sound to me like they are very good products. All I'm stating is, is if you are going to have to change it all the time, might as well do it for free.

Spelt is a word my friend, look it up sometime.

www.dictionary.com

It is a past tense form of the word spell.

EDIT: Better yet, here is a link, just do Ctrl + F and search for spelt, it is there

You can buy the whole unit from O"reilly or AZ but both are A-1 Units which in my eyes are not that good!!! Just my .02...
