I've been reading up on people switching their alternators and upgrading them with a 145 amp KG3 truck alternator. But there's not really a tutorial or "set" explanation on how they bolt up. Everyones seems different. I have a 93 z28 and if anybody has done this alternator swap and could please give me some insight on how they got it to wire up and everything that would be greatly appreciated!

 

Don't know anything about that swap, but you could go to a 94-97 LT1 alternator that is 140 amp and have to do nothing but bolt it in place of your current one.
