Are 93-97 Cylinder Heads the same?

Are 93-97 Cylinder Heads the same?
I've got a 95 Z28, but I may be able to get some 93 Z28 heads or 97 SS heads... Are they interchangeable? I'd like to get them ported and polished...

some 96 and 97 heads have the 561 casting which have thinner ports but flow better than the standard 643 casting on 93-97. I believe there were 4 different castings but 643 and 561 are the popular ones...
