I am putting a 96 lt1 in a 93 z28 but I want to use the heads and cam off of the 93 because the heads are already ported and polished with 202/160 valves and I like the cam I already have. If these parts will cross over it will save me like $1200. Does anyone know it these parts will fit on a 96?

 

Why do you want to do this? Are you talking about switching shortblock or entire engines including computer?

 

I'm swapping the computer and everything

 

Heads and cam should fit 93-7 LT1..
Also, the aftermarket cam should be nose drilled already for the vented opti, as most are.. [I recall your other 'opti' post]
