9" of manhood

I am thinking about getting a ford 9" for my 96 Z so that i can slap in some 4.10s or something and not break it...because of money i will probably be going to the junk yard, but what kind of car has the rear that i need. also, will it have to be cut or lengthened to fit my car? thanks a lot guys
Bill

My 76 Grand Torino had one.

Probably any Police Interceptor car has one also, but not sure.

It's probably going to have to be narrowed, or at the very least have new spring mounts welded on. It might just be worth it to wait until you have the cash for a Moser. You're also going to lose your ABS with a 9".

AFAIK, combo motorsports is working on a direct-swap 9" for the F-bodies. Or at least they were once, haven't heard anything in a while though.
