lotta factors come into play, weather and traction are two to name a few.

Don't get discouraged 9.2 is still quick for a street car on radials.

Aye, not discouraged. It was 58 degrees, 560 above sea level, and 2.058 was my best 60 foot ever. My 9.3 stock was with a 9.1 60 foot.

Regardless, I absolutely cleaned my buddies stock 93 Z A4 out when we raced. Then like 20 minutes later, he runs a 9.009 @ 98.91 MPH.

sounds like your problem is in your gears cuz i ran an 8.77 @79.9 with stock cam, manifolds, etc. just a flowmaster, pullies, hypertech and intake elbow. oh i do have subframes and lca's which would contribute to the 1.98 60'

Your buddies ET and trap speed dont match up. At 9.0 in the 1/8 it should be more like 78mph. Does he have some crazy hp and was spinning down the track or what?
