My guess would be it would have to be around 100k miles for $7k
price range for a '95. Maybe a little less... you never know till you look around.

7K for around 100K miles Keep looking for better deals then that. Ofcourse Im sure these things are a bit more pricey in CA then WI. My '94 6spd has 85K miles and I would be lucky to get 5K for it around here.

AREA has ALOT to do with how much you will pay, where I live I searched around and found my 95 for a decent price, not the lowest but not the highest either, just compare alot of them in your area and the condition that they are in. Try lookin at the bluebook value to, that should give you a good idea of the absolute highest you should pay. Be patient to, that helps alot, dont let anyone pressure you into a car just cause the price is 'soooo much lower than the other guys' cause there's probably a reason.

Not to be an a-hole, but if you are looking for a car, don't you think it might be a good idea to tell us where you live.

I just bought mine a few months ago for $6000 down in SoCal this summer. Black 95 z28 with 102k miles, chip, flowmasters, k&n, custom rims, yadda yadda. Its VERY hard to come by a nice, WELL MAINTAINED 4th gen camaro here in california for a cheap price.
