I was wondering if anyone has any info about a swap. i have a 93 firebird w/ a automatic tranny thats on the way out, and I want to swap a 6 speed in. I did some searchs and found only 4l60e to t56 threads. any help would be appreciated

4l60e and 700r4 are the same trans. Actually, it would be easier on your because you wouldnt need to re-program your computer since your tranny isnt electronically controlled.
