7/16ths studs for roller rockers
7/16ths studs for roller rockers
What needs to be done to run the 7/16s studs for roller rockers over the 3/8? Do the holes have to be drilled/tapped? Or are the ARP studs still 3/8ths on the bottom and 7/16ths on the top?
Im looking at comp pro mag 1.6 NSA rockers.

You'll need the 7/16 rocker arm. The ARP are 7/16 on the bottom. 3/8 is the smaller top. 7/16 is the bigger top. That all

Re: 7/16ths studs for roller rockers
Ok so my 7/16ths rockers im getting and the ARP 7/16s studs will screw right in and be good to go then?
If what im thinking your saying its a 7/16ths hole in the head, and stock it was just smaller on the top half of the rocker stud? 7/16 in the head 3/8 on the rocker? Correct?

Re: 7/16ths studs for roller rockers
Im thinking GMPP guide plates are best from what i hear on here. Id get those and im at a toss up with springs. LT4s are nice and cheap, but i want to go up to the LE2/3 setup before the summers over. Can i get those springs now or do they require mchine work to install? Just dont wanna do it twice if i dont have to.

The LT4 springs are so cheap, get them now and then get the LE stuff later. I wouldn't want to break in the springs on the stock lift, and then try to break them in again at the LE cam lift #s.
