7/16 rocker studs

7/16 rocker studs
Ok guys i bought some arp rocker studs today and told him I wanted to go up to 7/16. The rocker he have me have a base diameter of 7/16 and a shank of 3/8....is this right? I thought it would be the other way around...3/8 base, 7/16 shank....
