Well the throttle is sticking at idle, and when you tap the throttle to get it unstuck the TB wouldn't close all the way and it would idle high, so I took it off and looked at it and it seems that over time the butterflys wore slight grooves in the housing, I'm thinking it's that or the bearings on the butterfly shaft are bad, I know I could probably grind the back of the butterfly screws and unscrew them but the last thing I need is a screw coming loose and going in the motor, I'm thinking of sending it to someone who has some experience in this, that or try to find a rebuild kit or something for it... any idea's? Thx
