58mm bbk sticking @ WOT

Like the title states, recently my 58mm bbk has been sticking at WOT. Scared the crap outta me the other day. Nothing like a little adrenaline rush when you release the pedal and its still pullin full speed ahead. Anyways, I took a closer look and it looks as though the return spring on the passenger side is loose when in the closed position, and upon WOT it gets tight around the "spool" portion of the t.b. to the point where the spring itself winds up tight and seems to coil bind and keep the throttle open. Any suggestions or anyone had this happen to them? Im going to try cleaning the spring area with brake clean or such, and then spraying the spring with a white lithium spray or silicone spray.
