5.3 Heads on LT1

Has anyone put a set of 5.3 heads on an LT1 block, or is it even possible to do so. I know of plenty of LS1s to do so, but I didnt know if they would bolt to an LT1. Thanks.

YES...you can.

Make sure you swap the block for an LS1 first. They'll fit fine after that.

Sorry to all the wise asses out there if this really was such a stupid question. I dont see the differance in this question and the age old question will my LT1/LT4 intake bolt to my LT4/LT1 heads. I saw a set of ported 5.3s, thought i might be able to get something realatively cheap. I didnt think they would work but I wasnt sure. And i would still take my LT1 over an LS1. When you do enough mods to each car it doesnt matter if its an LT or an LS.

are you kidding, you can do whatever you want to a lt and it still will not have god on its side
