Does this sound like my tranny is getting ready to go out on me? Don't remember all the different signs of tranny troubles.

It shifts fine through all the gears at normal pedal, only wot it will hit the rev limiter, have to let off gas, then feather it to go into fourth, then ease on the pedal to keep it rolling in high gear.

I have custom programming, may pull it out to see if it changes anything. It will bear down in first, no slip, spin the tires going into second like mad, chirped them one time going into 3rd around 70 mph, but still having trouble going into fourth wide open.

Trying to get ready for the 1/8th!!!!

Make sure your tranny fluid is topped up and clean.

If it is then yes your tranny is going.
