What are you seeing your mileage with a 400 HP car? I am hopeing to go to a LE2 setup and was curious.

Was still managing 280/tank (20mpg) on the highway with my LE1HL cam / LE2 heads,
3.73s and a 4000 stall in a full-weight car. City mileage varied since I run my stall unlocked below 62mph.

That's better that what I was thinking. My car is still a daily driver, so didn't want to kill fuel economy. How fast do you usually drive on the interstate. I usually go 80-85 and get about 22 mpg. Stock cam of course.

You only get 22mpg at around 80-85mph? I get atleast 25 around those same speeds.

I need a tune...I'm getting 15-16mpg mainly highway. There has to be more of an issue than just having intake, longtubes, !cat and catback exhaust without a tune.

If I keep it under 80, I usually get 24. I was just trying to see how much my mileage would decrease with a big cam.

Old LE1 setup I got around 14 in the city and 20-22 straight highway doing the speed limit. On my tune though they had to add a bunch of fuel down low to get the drivability right because the jackass that tuned my car the first time drilled two big *** holes in the TB so even with the TB closed it was still running lean.
