4.10's on a full bolt on and 100shot LT1??

My question is should I do it? Or should I stick with my stock gears? I already spin when i stomp it in 1st. I can imagine 4.10's and 100shot of n20. Im thinking just stay with 3.42's but i'd like your opinions. Thanks.

If you baby them it'll be fine. I would personally be saving up for a 12-bolt at the rate you're going. If you see the track a lot and do a lot of clutch dumping off the line you'll blow a set of 4.10 gears soon enough.

i run close to that same set up. i can say that i'm out of 1st at about the 40ft mark. however with 26/10.5/15 streets i trap about 6200 rpms. they are fun but on a stock bottom end and stock tire height i think 373's are a better choice. i know most would disagree but if not for the tire height i'd order 373's with my 12 bolt.

And the fact that im gonna be ordering 18in wheels will hurt even more i suppose. Although it helps being a taller wheel the small sidewalls is gonna leave me begging for traction with 4.10's i would guess.
