4 10 spokes w/F1's from SLP for 799

In the new GMHTP SLP has their regular add. But I noticed 10 spokes are 399 silver and 799 w/goodyear F1's. Are these things new or used I noticed that on the website it has a T/O which I would assume means take off but does that mean they are used? Anyone have experiance with their take off items?

I am curious what exactly "take offs" means also. Good question.

Yes, they are Brand New. Maybe 3-5 miles. They are take-offs from new Camaro's that went to SLP for modification. Great deal. Shipping is extra.
