383 Woes continue, what do you think?!

O2 are going from 400's to 800's at idle
tps voltage seems high at .086 volts
IAC Count seems high at 144
Knock Retard is 0.0 deg

Note: Car idles great... flawless until closed loop occurs

sounds like you need to open the throttle blades up a little. your iac count is maxed out.
strange thing is your tps is high... that should read like 60 or so. did you just put an aftermarket throttle body on also?

what are you o2 sensors doing once it gets to close loop?

he has a bbk 58mm tb....the o2's are fluctuating from 400's to 800's when in closed loop and the blms i think were either pined at 108 or 128.

Here are some screen shots from the scans we ran, both open and closed loop. If the image comes up blurry then save it to ur hard drive and open it, mite be a browser thing. Check it out, what do you all think....

Re: 383 Woes continue, what do you think?!

from what your blm are saying its way lean to were it cant even adjust for it.
since it runs great till it goes to im thinking the reading is false. i would really look for exhaust leaks.

or bad o2 sensors.

It ain't lean. 108 means it can't pull out anymore fuel, anything over 128 is lean.

Hard to figure out anything with just snapshots, do you have a way to log it for a few minutes? Is it still shutting off when it hits closed loop?

Re: 383 Woes continue, what do you think?!

It runs and idles perfect in open loop, once it hits closed loop it gets real shaky, idle is iradic, drops to 500rpms, back up, back down, half to give it throttle to keep it goin, sometimes throttle wont respond and it'll just die....If the car was always in open loop it would be fine, think o2's is the only issue?

Like I said, it's hard to tell with just snapshots. Does the left O2 move? In those pics, it's stuck at 444 mv.

Nah Chris, they are going from 400-800 mv on both sides. Car runs perfect during open loop. Closed loop and it falls on it's face. Both 02 readings going from 400-800.

BLMs and DELs are also in the 108-120 ranges on both banks.

Did you have your ECM re-flashed for your new set-up? If not I maybe able to help you figure it out.

Is your map sensor in good working order? Because it looks like its not plug in on your data logs and also both of the logs are in closed loop.

I'm going to PM you my phone #. So call me up if you can?

Map looks kinda high.

Id adjust the injector constant. My guess is you have larger injectors but not the programming to support them.
