Looks like it was the flexplate that was out of balance. according to the machine shop it was 1lb out of balance at 1,000rpms and 5lbs out of balance at 5,000rpms.

After balancing it is 1lb off at 5,000rpms. So I'll throw it in tonight and see what happens Thanks everyone!!!
