I am getting ready to get my block machined and balanced. Would it be worth it to get a better hermonic balanced (crank pulley). I am running the 4340 interal balanced lightwieght version. Or keep the oem balancer.

Get an aftermarket one for better insurance.

I have a Fluidamper. It has a very broad rpm band (upto 13,000 rpm I think). But if you winter drive your car you should get an ATI Super-Damper.

Most definately. The stock balancer is , from my understanding, tuned for lower rpms anyway.
