383 rotating assemblies

I'm wondering if anyone has used the 383 rotating assemblies from either cmotorsports or nu-tek? I plan on using the setup with the Scat 9000 crank and was looking for some info on them. They say the assemblies can be balanced there, and I was wondering if these are fully internaly balanced or internal/external balanced like stock LT1's?

I plan to run the Street Twin clutch and I'm wondering if the flywheel that comes with it will be compatible with the rotating assemby from one of the two vendors? I am assuming the Street Twin flywheel is balanced for the stock LT1 crank that is externally balanced in the rear.

Thanks for any help,
Rob A.
