car is getting payed off soon then i want to see some major power. i was looking at the lt4 kit but then im still going to be running a bottom end with 110,000 miles on it. Should i just go for a 383. I actually kinda like that idea better anyway. I just have no idea how much its gonna cost to go to a 383. Does anyone know about how much it should cost? thanks

ur gonna have to be MUCH more specific, especially what goals ur going for....

But a rough estimate would be anywhere from $4000 to $7000 depending on quality of parts and block work.

 

I go for the 383, that way you can "overhaul" the engine.
