searched but nothing fit me. Im considering running a 383 all bolt ons, lt4 heads/intake with le3 cam. how will this run. i was considering a gm847 but then i read that even the le3 "can" seem small. its just a mater of time before i swap out with some le3 heads but for right now hows this going to act cam only.

 

you cant buy just the cam i dont think..you can only get heads or head/cam packages. le3 is great for a 383 and would do well on the street and strip.

 

i mean just lt4 heads and intake stock nothing done to them, with the addition of the le3 cam how is it going to behave. its just about 8-12 months before i get a set of le3 heads.

If it were me I'd give it a shot. That is if you can purchase the LE3 cam separately. You need to talk to Lloyd though and get your ducks in a row. Find out exactly what cam he would recommend for what heads you are going to use. It might be a LE3 that was tweaked a little to match what final combo of parts you wind up with.
