damn i was hoping to avoid that is this process pretty easy? and could i just be leaking from the brake booster? thanks for the response you guys

 

ok update now i replaced my o2 sensor and the car is running much better there is no backfire at idle the only backfire i get is at accel... only between 1k - 2k the codes im getting back is MAT TOO LOW and MAP TOO HIGH i replaced the IAT sensor and still reading -40 so i figure theres a pinch in my harrness somewhere any ideas on the accel issue?
