383 Build Parts list/machine work.. what you think?

I have a knock rod in my 97 procharger Camaro z28.. so i'm going to rebuild it to 383. Parts so far without tax comes up to $4600

1) Eagle Assy (with the ESP ARMOUR for crank and rods)-B12106 Crank, rods, pistons, rings, bearings. ($2200 just for this assy)
2) Camshaft Comp cams.. thinking 224-236 114 LSA ??? not positive on specs
3) Valve Springs, retainers, keepers from Comp cams
4) Pushrods from Comp Cams
5) 1.6 Roller Rockrs self align- Comp cams
6) Cam offset Bushings-Mr Gasket
7) Oil Pump-Melling
8) Oil Pump Pickup- Melling
9) Oil Pump Drive-ARP
10) Timing Chain-Cloyes
11) Head Bolts- ARP
12) Main Stud Bolts- ARP
13) Screw in Rocker Studs- ARP
14) all the gaskets and seals
15) Freeze Plugs
16) 7qt Oil Pan
17) Neutral Balanced Flywheel 153T single piece rear main
18) Pacesetter Long Tube Headers Ceramic (my current ones are rusting out
19) Oil filter and break in lube

MACHINE WORK: (quoted $2500)
Block- Bore, Hone, Clean, Clearance for 383 assy (.030 over)
Heads- Port, Polish, Port Match on intake, Valve Job, Screw in Studs and Valve guides

Additional Parts I might get NOT INCLUDED in the 4600 price range:
Smaller s/c pulley to get 14psi
aftermarket sway bar since the stock one is coming out for the engine pull
Possibly a hotchkis strut bar

So what you guys think? Too Pricey? oh and the machine work I was quoted for was $2500.
Also need to know best 7qt pan for ground clearance to get.. and the right neutral balanced flywheel 153t to get from where/company?

Thanks!

I don't use Eagle parts so I cannot comment on that rotating assembly.

For valve train, I convert everything over to LS components these days.

10554 Melling oil pump kit - includes IS77E steel drive shaft, no need for the ARP.

Cloyes timing chain is a rip off - get the GM performance single roller setup, If you can't find one I have an extra laying around.

Especially if you have a two bolt block, stud the mains - simply switching to ARP bolts doesn't help much over the OEM fasteners.

Flywheel - depends upon your rotating assembly, usually the late model full round rear seal cranks are externally balanced on the rear and internal on the front.

Howards Tracksmart 4340 forged rotating assembly and if your block doesn"t already have it I'd get 4 bolt splayed billet main caps installed as well. Also get the stainless steel longtube headers as they will never rust but everything else looks good. What heads are you running and what supercharger?
