I wanted to do a stock rebuild from summit (355) with just some forged pistons for a ocassional 100 shot or so.. The price was 525

For the Same thing I can get everything in the summit kit with valve springs retainers and a Crank...

How are these kits are they decent? I think Id get the forged I beams thrown in for an extra 200 too..

what do you guys think If you know a spot where I can get a smoking deal please tell me..

Oh yeah must be able to pay with a credit card

Why is there a pic of a camshaft when one doesn't come in the kit? Weird.

Depends what you want the car to do, I'd prefer to buy all my own stuff and pick it out.

Who's making those "claimer" pistons? I wouldn't waste my money on it, but that's just me.

And there's a lot more to a 400hp car than just stroking it.

Does that offer go for everyone? I probably have a 383 build up coming up soon due to increasing oil consumption, and every penny counts....

be careful, you're starting to sound like you're advertising, and the mods don't take that lightly
