what compression ratio, cam, heads. we really need more details. I'll take a guess of 300-650.

You should make sure that the brakes work well on this one.

And like Big Daddy said....what's the CR, what cam, heads, etc....

As state earlier it is all dependant on what cam, heads, and injectors you are running. You can be anywhere from 525 rwhp to 650 rwhp. It all depends on your setup.

My guess is:
No less than 500 rwhp, even if you are using stock LT1 heads and the stock cam. A 150 shot with stock everything should hit over 400 rwhp... 15 psi makes a ton more power than that.

With a "built" 383, you're probably looking at more like 750+ rwhp.

Hell, I know Mustang guys who are putting down 500+ rwhp with 11 psi 306s and well over 600+ rwhp with a 16psi Vortech. I have one friend who's making over 700 rwhp with a blown 347 in a Street Renegade Cobra through a Tremec TKO.

"You're a funny guy Dustin, I like you. That's why I am going to kill you last."

Lol, I dunno a whole bunch about the car. Its a Lunati forged crank, Eagle rods, forged pistons, 8.75:1 compression, .48X lift, high teens for duration (218 I think), and i dunno about the heads.

The guy said he has the reciept from the speed shop that built the car and the motor alone was 18k, parts and labor.

1 day three hours to go...
