I had my 306 cam with ported heads tuned by pcmforless with a 48mm throttle body with 30lb fuel injectors. Now I'm going with a 52mm throttle body. Is this really that big of a mod that the computer can't adjust accordingly needing me to send it off again or should I just use my air fuel gauge(Innovate Motorsports) to make sure it doesn't lean out?

I'm thinking it won't be a problem.

If you have a pcmforless tune, you've obviously dealt with them before. Don't hesitate to contact them. They're a good easily available resource. Use them. When people like that are a phone call or email away, why chance a problem?

I assume you have no data reader such as DataMaster? Sounds like the mod will be simple enough not to cause fueling issues.

automatic or manual transmission?

auto: absolutely yes

manual: I wouldn't bother, unless you are within i think it's 30 or 90 days of purchasing your tune, in which you get a "redo" for free, then I would
